  • To manage payments, purchases, receipts, invoicing, taxes, incidents, refunds or contractual compliance.

Third-party services

To provide services necessary for its business activities, BIZU Strategy may use external providers that process data either on their own behalf or on behalf of BIZU Strategy, as applicable. These providers may be located inside or outside the European Economic Area. Where international data transfers occur, they will be carried out in accordance with the safeguards required by applicable law, including, where appropriate, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other valid mechanisms.

Providers used may include:

  • Website hosting / deployment: Netlify, to publish and host the website.
  • Forms: Tally, to collect requests, responses, waiting-list registrations, diagnostic responses or contact forms.
  • Google tools: Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Apps Script, to manage communications, documents, storage, automations, private copies of tools, spreadsheet functionality and internal systems.
  • Automation / processing: Make.com, to run automated workflows required for forms, diagnostics, generation of results, deliveries or communications.
  • Marketplace sales and purchase management: Etsy, as a third-party marketplace used to list, sell, deliver and support certain BIZU STRATEGY digital products. Etsy may process account, order, transaction, payment and customer-service information under its own privacy policy and terms, and may provide BIZU STRATEGY with information necessary to fulfil orders, provide support, comply with legal obligations or manage disputes.
  • Payments and purchase management: Lemon Squeezy, operated by Sold through Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC, as a commerce platform and Merchant of Record for transactions processed through Lemon Squeezy when that sales channel is used. Lemon Squeezy may process information required to process purchases, manage payments, issue receipts or invoices, calculate and manage applicable taxes, prevent fraud, address payment issues, refunds or chargebacks and provide access to purchased products. BIZU Strategy does not store or have full access to the buyer's card details or payment-method information. Data processed directly by Lemon Squeezy is also subject to its own privacy policies and terms.
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics 4, only when the user has expressly accepted analytics cookies, to obtain aggregated website usage statistics.
  • Video / demonstrations: Loom or similar platforms, when demonstration videos, tutorials or audiovisual resources are shared.

When a purchase or interaction takes place through a third-party marketplace or commerce platform, BIZU STRATEGY may receive personal data necessary to fulfil the order, provide customer service, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Such customer data will not be added to independent marketing lists solely because a purchase was made, unless a separate lawful basis exists.

Exercising your rights

Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether BIZU STRATEGY is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of their data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time.

These General Terms & Conditions (the “GTC”) govern the legal relationship between BIZU STRATEGY and any individual or legal entity (the “User” or “Customer”) that purchases, contracts for or uses digital products, tools, diagnostics, downloadable resources, sessions or services offered through this website or through BIZU STRATEGY sales channels, to the extent these GTC are validly incorporated into the applicable transaction.

Where these GTC are presented or validly incorporated into the applicable purchase or contracting process, the purchase or contracting of a digital product or service offered by BIZU STRATEGY implies acceptance of these GTC, as well as the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on this website, subject to mandatory law and any applicable third-party marketplace or commerce-platform terms.

Where the applicable purchase or contracting process includes an acceptance checkbox or equivalent electronic mechanism, that acceptance will evidence the User's consent to the terms presented in that process in accordance with applicable electronic-contracting rules.

BIZU STRATEGY does not guarantee specific results, including, among others:

Results will depend on multiple external factors beyond BIZU STRATEGY's control, including correct implementation by the User, the quality of the information entered, market conditions, the financial position of the business and other operational or strategic factors.

BIZU STRATEGY shall also not be responsible for:

  • errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated data entered by the User,
  • incorrect interpretations made by the User,
  • decisions made solely on the basis of diagnostics or tools,
  • economic losses,
  • loss of opportunities,
  • loss of profits,
  • business interruptions,
  • loss of data,
  • or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the products or services.

4. Purchase process

Purchases are completed electronically through this website or through third-party platforms enabled for the sale and delivery of digital products, including Etsy and, where used, Lemon Squeezy. The applicable platform may administer checkout, payment, order confirmation, taxes, delivery, refunds, chargebacks or dispute procedures under its own terms.

To make a purchase, the User must:

  • provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information,
  • accept the terms presented in the applicable purchase process, including these GTC where they are validly incorporated,
  • and correctly complete the payment process.

Once payment is confirmed, the User will receive purchase confirmation and/or access by email and/or through the relevant platform.

The User is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. BIZU STRATEGY shall not be responsible for issues arising from errors in the information provided by the User.

BIZU STRATEGY may cancel or reject orders in cases of fraud, suspected abusive use, breach of these terms or serious technical incidents.

5. Prices, taxes and invoicing

Prices displayed on this website may be expressed in euros (€) and, where applicable, will include legally applicable taxes.

For international transactions, the final amount may vary depending on the tax rules applicable in the buyer's country.

Payments may be processed through specialized third-party e-commerce and digital-payment platforms, including Merchant of Record platforms.

In certain cases, such platforms may directly manage:

  • payments,
  • invoicing,
  • tax calculation,
  • fraud prevention,
  • receipt issuance,
  • and tax compliance associated with the transaction.

BIZU STRATEGY does not store or have full access to the buyer's banking information or payment-method details.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases that have already been confirmed.

6. Delivery and access to digital products

Digital products will be supplied electronically through:

  • download links,
  • online access,
  • email,
  • third-party platforms,
  • cloud tools,
  • Google Sheets,
  • Google Drive,
  • private areas,
  • or any other digital delivery system made available for that purpose.

Delivery will generally take place automatically or within a reasonable period after payment confirmation.

The User acknowledges and accepts that certain products may require:

  • an Internet connection,
  • third-party tools,
  • external accounts,
  • compatible software,
  • basic knowledge of digital tools,
  • or minimum technical configurations.

BIZU STRATEGY does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms required for certain products or services to operate.

The User is responsible for properly retaining the files, access credentials and resources supplied.

7. Right of withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal in distance contracts. In accordance with Article 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and applicable consumer-protection law, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the loss of the right of withdrawal is not automatic merely because the content is digital or supplied immediately.

Where applicable, the right of withdrawal may cease once performance has begun only when the legal requirements are satisfied, including:

  • the User's prior express consent for performance to begin during the withdrawal period,
  • the User's acknowledgement that beginning performance results in the loss of the right of withdrawal,
  • and provision of the required contract confirmation in a durable medium.

Where those requirements have not been validly satisfied, or where another mandatory withdrawal or consumer right applies, these GTC shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right.

Purchases made through Etsy or another third-party commerce platform may also be subject to the cancellation, withdrawal, refund and dispute procedures provided by that platform. For Etsy purchases, Users may use the functionality made available by Etsy and/or contact BIZU STRATEGY through Etsy Messages.

Outside mandatory statutory cases, refunds will not normally be available merely because of:

  • failure to use the product,
  • incompatibility resulting from the User's technical environment where the relevant requirements were clearly disclosed before purchase,
  • lack of technical knowledge,
  • unmet subjective expectations where the product conforms to its description,
  • changes in personal or business circumstances,
  • or subjective interpretation of the content.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights relating to non-conforming digital content, non-delivery, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or any other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For support sessions or services:

  • cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to mandatory consumer rights,
  • missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed to the extent permitted by applicable law,
  • and BIZU STRATEGY reserves the right to reschedule sessions for organizational reasons or force majeure.

8. License of use and intellectual property

All content, products, tools, methodologies, systems, frameworks, diagnostics, texts, designs, documents, spreadsheets, structures, graphics, downloadable resources, trademarks and materials offered by BIZU STRATEGY are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights.

Purchasing a product does NOT transfer intellectual-property ownership.

The User is granted only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license of use.

The following are expressly prohibited:

  • reselling,
  • sublicensing,
  • redistributing,
  • sharing access,
  • mass copying,
  • reproducing,
  • transforming,
  • commercial exploitation,
  • use for multiple clients,
  • integration into SaaS products, platforms, courses or automations,
  • use for training AI models,
  • or removal of authorship or intellectual-property notices.

Any unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal legal action.

Unless a product or license expressly states otherwise, an individual purchase does not authorize redistribution of the files to a class, cohort, institution, membership, client base or other group. Educators, consultants or organizations requiring multi-user, client-use or distribution rights must obtain the corresponding authorization or license from BIZU STRATEGY.

Nothing in this section restricts uses or statutory exceptions that cannot lawfully be prohibited.

9. Services and support sessions

Certain products or services may include strategic sessions, support, assistance or consulting.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such sessions:

  • do not constitute ongoing services,
  • do not create an employment, partnership or corporate relationship,
  • and are limited to the specific scope stated on the relevant sales page or proposal.

BIZU STRATEGY reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • abusive behavior,
  • disrespectful conduct,
  • contractual breach,
  • misuse of materials,
  • or requests outside the purchased scope.

In cases of serious breach of these terms, abusive behavior, misuse of products or disrespectful conduct toward BIZU STRATEGY, BIZU STRATEGY may suspend or terminate access to certain purchased services, sessions or resources.

In such cases, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, refunds will not be available for services already provided, sessions reserved, resources delivered or digital access already activated.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

BIZU STRATEGY does not guarantee that:

  • the website will operate without interruption,
  • services will be permanently available,
  • products will be free from errors,
  • or external platforms will operate without incidents.

BIZU STRATEGY shall not be liable for failures arising from:

  • third-party services,
  • hosting,
  • cloud platforms,
  • automations,
  • payment providers,
  • Google services,
  • Internet problems,
  • malware,
  • cyberattacks,
  • technical maintenance,
  • or force majeure.

BIZU STRATEGY's maximum liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these GTC excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory guarantees, remedies or liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, the Customer agrees to first attempt an amicable resolution through written communication.

These GTC shall be governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute:

  • if the User acts as a consumer, the courts and tribunals corresponding to the User's domicile shall have jurisdiction,
  • if the User acts as a professional or business, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid to the extent that such choice of jurisdiction is legally valid.
